Negatives: Everything was to my taste.

Negatives: The price per night is way much higher compared to most of the hotels in the area

Negatives: You could have had more people at the front desk, to help Laura the line was at the entrance.

Negatives: For starters, the airport shuttle was entirely unreliable for us. We waited for multiple buses and each one was full. We called to ask about this and was basically told too bad and we’d just have to wait for the next one. Since shuttles only came once every 30-40 minutes, we wound up paying for an Uber. When we arrived and when we walked through the lobby, the line for checking in was extremely long and moved very slowly at most times. Wasn’t a deal breaker, and the workers were nice as mentioned above, but it was still noticeably inconvenient. Not a big deal but no cookie at checkin as is typically expected at Doubletrees, and from the sound of it many others present that weekend had the same experience. The internet was essentially nonexistent. Beyond it being complicated to connect devices to it even for a tech savvy person, it didn’t even work on laptop or mobile devices when it would connect. The rooms and common areas were very unclean. It looked like the shower head had pink mold on it, the bed sheets had a questionable stain on them and there was no overnight housekeeping to replace them by the time we got into bed, and there was general grime and dirt buildup on walls and the corners of floors. The chair in the room had shredded corners, as though a cat had sharpened its claws on it.

Negatives: Waited an hour for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and when I arrived they told me the hotel was overbooked even though I had my reservation for several months and then transferred me to another sister hotel.
