The pool area was nice. Lobby area was nice. The rooms were good.

The place was nice, but they were quite a few extra charges added to room charge. Housekeeping came to a room at 9:30 in the morning and wanted to know if we were leaving yet but check out is until noon.

The attentiveness of the Staff, especially the Front Desk.

Pool had an out of order sign, but we saw people swimming.

It was close to the airport rooms were clean.

I tried calling multiple times to the hotel while waiting for the shuttle and finally after multiple times they picked up. Also at the hotel I called multiple times again to find out what time the shuttle started in the morning and no one answered my call
