1. Rooms were over booked. We waited more than 1h plus to get a room assignment even though I had prepaid in full.
2. One personnel expected to serve / take care of a long line of customers. Personnel was calm in spite of the long line line of clients who were rightfully angry for the long wait.
3. Breakfast Monday morning 10/13 one personnel to take orders and receive payment. One personnel to clear tables and bring food to customers. Long walt about 1-2 hours check the video cameras for confirmation.
One customer volunteered and helped to serve other customers. Not fait to the workers and customers receiving service in an understaffed environment.

The room had a horrible smell. There was no microwave. The tub was dirty. The carpet in the room was dingy dirty and there were burnt spots near the wall by the lamp. It didn't start start off well when the front desk clerk checked someone else in my room

Upon walking in, it looks like a nice and contemporary hotel. The staff was friendly and I appreciated that there was a bar/restaurant as well as an airport shuttle. The price seemed reasonable too.
Negatives:
In the photos the rooms look modern, updated, bright, etc. But I was surprised to find that the room in-person looked very dated, especially noticeable in the smaller details like dingy paint, dingy lighting, chips in the paint, dated furniture, etc.
