Staff in catering event was extremely attentive and pleasant. front desk personnel were also welcoming and of service. Rooms were as seen in pictures - spacious. Happy it had a mini fridge - rare find in some hotels.
Negatives:
The room I was given was connected to the next room by double doors that were locked on both sides - therefore the sound proof walls made zero difference at night. You can hear absolutely everything happening next door.

We waited for a shuttle bus from the airport for over an hour and finally had to take a taxi to the hotel. We told the front desk and they sort of shrugged their shoulders.
We had to evacuate our room due to a fire alarm at 10 PM and after walking down 10 flights of stairs watched as the front desk continued to check people in, the bar and restaurant were still serving as if life was normal and no one could give us an answer as to what was going on. 30 minutes later we were able to go back to room but had to work our way through all the people standing around in the bar.

Cleanliness of the rooms was awful, so disappointing. The bathroom cleanliness was disgusting, still urine on the toilet seat from the last guests, hairs still in the shower and corners were filthy. Some of the furniture was so bad the paint was peeling off. Not pleasant at all. The main restaurant was also closed.
