The breakfast was good. The pool area was very nice.
Negatives:
The carpet in the room I stayed in needs to be replaced. No ventilation in the bathroom. While running A/C part of the ceiling would drip water. I paid for early check in but when I got the the hotel I was told it wasn’t guaranteed and had to wait 3 hours for a room.

Breakfast was very good. Loved the omelettes.
The atrium in the hotel is lovely.
The evening reception with singer, complimentary snacks and drinks was great.

Very noisy with the planes flying over the hotel as double glazing is not good. Windows are old and not soundproof.
Pool not relaxing due to planes.
Upgrade not worth the money & staff not transparent about if we had the upgraded room or not. Paid an additional $30 to have a noisy wellness machine in the same room as we originally paid for and a small bag of snacks that we had to ask for once they told us that's what we should have in the 'premium' room. Not a 'premium' room at all, furniture was old and tired apart from beds which were comfortable

The staff was nasty and very unfriendly the facilities were old I was not charged the rate promised when I made reservations. I was never provided a receipt and kept being hung up on when I called for assistance. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!!! Ever
