I was kicked out due to bugs in my room my room was extended for a day from the front desk clerk the next day im told i didnt pay the front desk rep was off the day i got kicked out at 12-1 oclock in the morning where no where to go i filed a claim and was told that i will be reburished this is so sad a you g lady outside with suitcases and security from the hotel kicking ne out i was a law suit

Room received was large and comfortable. Clean,No bugs. And staff friendly and helpful. They hold bags if you arrive early and give you access to pool to wait.
Negatives:
If your room became available before noon and you wanted it early there is a charge of $75. After noon to 3 $50 extra charge. Hang at the pool its free. You can always sit in the atrium have drinks or a meal for charge.

Amy was above and beyond! I was happy to have her assist me on two different occasions. The pool was open late, I took a late night swim. Security told me the time it closed but didn’t rush me. Breakfast were exceptional and the wash machine option was great too.
Negatives:
I wish someone helped me with my bags to my room. I had two suitcases. Later in the evening I needed more quarters for the dryer. The man , younger tall man , bigger in size a little sassy gave me so much attitude when I asked for $1 in quarters from a 20 ($10,$5, four ones, and $1 in quarters) he’s said “THATS IT” the attitude was not needed. Breaking $20 sucks but have more change if your machine only takes quarters

Didn’t have breakfast. Left my husbands shaver behind called 5 times no answer at all. Not even the front desk. This isn’t a way to run a hotel.

The hotel room was very clean. Room was large and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was terrible! Food was cold and old! Coffee was luke warm!!! Need to fix this!
Negatives:
Front desk gave drink coupons for free drinks at their happy hour from 530 to 730 which were good time but the drinks were terrible! There was only 2 drinks to choose from and only one choice in beer. The food was old celery and stale chips.
