The people who worked there were very nice. It was close to the airport. We could walk to a restaurant for dinner.
Negatives:
The room smelled-maybe like old smoke. We arrived after a very long delay of travel due to storms (we had to spend night in Miami due to missed flight) with no luggage. They had almost no toiletries. The very nice man at the desk offered us a disposable toothbrush that fell apart while you used it, but no toothpaste, shampoo, but no conditioner-not an option for long hair and no brush and a razor, but no shaving cream. For $300, I would expect they would not run out of essentials, for travelers who arrive with nothing. We had no car, and were exhausted and just wanted to eat and go to bed. Plus, you could hear all of the planes overhead. And, the "breakfast" had zero of anything with protein or staying power, if you can't eat gluten.
