Everything, from the check in to check out. The girl at the front desk does not say good morning. She was very rude when I asked her for the bathroom in the lobby. We asked for a Lysol or an odor eliminator because the room was smelling humid and she never went or provided us what we asked for . Customer service was bad and just one elevator was working.

The hotel was clean. There is this smell on the corridors. I think it comes from the rug. This should be attended to. I saw it on the review, and i still had to experience it. Improvement required here.
