They have a grab and go breakfast but they had only little bit of things so not all the guests could get what they wanted.
Negatives:
I didn’t like was there system was down and we wanted to extend another night. So because of the system was down we could not pay for another night. They said that there system was going to be up and running in an hour but never was. So I ask the staff what I should do they said I can wait until the system comes back on and then pay for it or you can go and then when the system is back and running they would call us back so we can pay for the room. So we wanted for a little and called the staff to see what was going on they said that they still have not fixed there problem. So I told them THAT I WOULD LEAVE and then cancel my reservation so that when there system was back on I would make a new reservation. When I tried to make a new reservation they were all booked. I could not make another one. So the hotel them selfs said that cause we didn’t come back and pay the $33. They went ahead and they black balled me from staying at any extended stay. Which I think was really wrong when they had the problem not me. So I had to call corporate and make a complaint about the situation. They really didn’t do much. So if you want a great hotel and they give back to you. I would suggest best western they have great programs. They give back and they totally care about there customers!!!
