The Extended Stay America Miami is 10 minutes’ drive from Miami International Airport and the Art Deco District is 12 miles away. This hotel has an outdoor pool. Free grab-and-go breakfast including breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea is served every morning. Weekly housekeeping services are provided for free and daily provided for a fee. Towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk. Every room is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator and microwave. All rooms have bedding with colorful patterns, wood furnishings, and cable TV. A fitness center is on site at the Miami Springs Extended Stay as well as laundry facilities. Ants all in room had to be moved to 3 different rooms. The smell of marijuana was awful. Guests services said it was because they smoke it out front and then comes inside. Way too strong of smell on 3 Rd floor to be that. The smell was awful

1-I sent more than Message to refund 100 usd ( security deposit ) by credit card since 10-9-2023
Any I didn’t get the amount in my credit card till today
And no one reply to my message .
In spite of the Reception employee feed me back that it’s take 1 working day to refund amount in my credit card .

Our room was directly across from the elevator. I didn't get any sleep because I could hear it all night going up and down and a ding when the elevator door opened. The hallway to the elevator smelled like an ashtray. There was not a coffee maker in the room as stated on the website. I asked the girl at the desk and she said we were supposed to ask for one. She gave me a coffee machine. I asked if there was a coffee pot, coffee and coffee filters. There was no coffee pot and no filters. She gave me 2 big bags of coffee. The pool was closed, there was no breakfast which was supposed to be included. There were only snacks and coffee. No milk or OJ or apple juice. There was yogurt, though there were no spoons. No individual plastic spoons or anything to stir with except for 3 spoons in a cup of water for everyone to use
