The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is nice.
Negatives:
Entrance to the reception very unwelcoming, because you have to climb on to the service were the door is and the door doesn’t open automatically. Can be dangerous cause you can slip and fall. That’s inconvenient when you have luggage. Breakfast was poor and not al the lamps in the room had lightbulbs. Shower head is leaking and no where to hang wet clothes. No elevator, so not suitable if you have a physical condition. I took a room on the ground floor.

I like the place because it is located in the center of Doral , but they have some guest that they were drinking beer at the parking lot until the early hours ok it was 2:30 am , no respect for the other guests, I was in room 371 on 4/26/25 until 4/27/25.
Negatives:
They need to monitor more the police presence in that property. I felt uncomfortable and unsecured. I spoke with the Manager at check out, his last name Arguello and he said for the inconvenience he was going to refund the hold night and it did not happen. He took my name and phone number and I still waiting for the refund. My name is Ernesto Ruiz and my number is 786-205-7314. 4/28/25.
