Negatives: The breakfast was horrible and was significantly lacking. The late night and morning crew who assisted us tried but were more interested in their own conversations and tasks than assisting us. Very little understandable English was spoken and hard to understand the extra charges they were being added as a temporary hold until checkout. It took a while before anyone would let us in the hotel as we arrived very late due to a delayed flight. Shuttle from the airport would have been nice but was only offered minimal hours in the middle of the day. Overall was quite disappointed and will not stay there again.

Negatives: Door locks to get back in from outside didn’t work right, room key kept deactivating. Staff weren’t there at the desk had to shout for someone when we checked in. Got lucky someone was coming out as we were going in.

Negatives: Staff member on arrival was unfriendly. After 1hr waiting for the shuttle bus and getting a taxi, we are informed they’re not currently running the shuttle bus, pool also temporarily out of service, the two reasons I booked this hotel. Nothing fresh for breakfast. If you arrive after 6:30am don’t expect yogurts. The room smells shockingly musty every-time you walk. Key cars stops working randomly so have to return to reception. No one is ever at reception and they have no bell so you have to be confident and just call them every-time. There are no cooking utensils, crockery or cutlery on the rooms, you have to ask. They handed us a shocking saucepan with all the plastic peeling off. There is a bloody fingerprint on the filthy blinds. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which is fine if you just planned to relax in the pool. You can’t even relax by the pool as they have one broken lounger. Apparently they threw their furniture out when the pool went out of service. This hotel is appalling. People let their doors slam so the bed headboard shakes every time. Footsteps overhead sounds like a herd of elephants, heard from surrounding rooms. Don’t expect rest.

Negatives: They only have grab and go breakfast. Nothing fresh. They have shuttle service which has no airport permissions. Some of the front desk staff doesn't know english. Driers don't work. Had to pay 3 times for half a load of clothes to dry. Swimming pool is not accessible. Phones doesn't work in the room. Have to go to front desk for every thing. On top of all these we lost our clothes that were in washer. Stove is not working in the room.

Negatives: The laundry seemed expensive and the breakfast could some fruits for veg people.

Negatives: Their system selling rooms that WERE NOT AVAILABLE UPON ARRIVAL!! YET I WAS STILL CHARGED THE TWO BED RATE!! TOTAL unacceptability to even T-R-Y to make things right for me regardless of the fact that THEY WERE WRONG A-L-L THE WAY AROUND.

Negatives: Front desk was not at their post. Had requested a late check in due to late flight, and couldn't enter hotel with wife and kids for 45 minutes after arriving because no one was answering the phone and the door were locked.

Negatives: There was nothing bad about it

Negatives: No transfer to airport and breakfast was more like a snack

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The pool was not working, the stove took forever to get hot I was able to work around it. I did call the front desk who sent up someone to check it out they said 5mins and I never saw them again. At that time I just decided to live with it and just use it when it decided to work. Opportunity for the cleaning service to be provided every 5 days versus 7 days to keep the rooms clean none of the back or side entrance doors were working so if you parked at the back you will need to walk to the front of the hotel to access the building.

Negatives: Rodent turds and debris in sofa bed. Next option room was funky, had to decline. Had to clean room, one of stove burners were not functional and staff came into room without notification to us. Dog poop along the walkway rear exit to outside parking. Deliberately stomping, or being disruptive 4am guests above my unit. Dog barking in unit next to me. Dirty carpet in the hallway. To date no refund received as told to compensate rodent turds in mattress. Being lied to about security deposit listed on initial receipt and still no compensation refunded to my account!
