Positives:
The property is ok in general. Breakfast was fine
Negatives:
I have been trying to get an invoice for my stay at this hotel for over a month now. It feels like Booking.com and the hotel have absolutely no coordination. The hotel refuses to issue an invoice because the payment went through Booking.com, while Booking.com refuses to issue it because the services were provided by the hotel. They don’t communicate with each other at all.
Every time I contact Booking.com, they send me back to the hotel, and the hotel sends me back to Booking.com. This has been going on for a month, and no one takes responsibility.
I was traveling for business and couldn’t provide proof of stay to my employer. So if you are traveling for work, be warned — you will most likely never receive an invoice. No one will pay attention to your request, and I highly recommend avoiding booking this hotel through Booking.com.

Never book this hotel via booking
Positives:
It was in a safe location and quiet. Tiffany was awesome!! She guided us to where to eat and made sure we were accommodated when we returned from our cruise. Excellent customer service. The breakfast was very good also. Having free access to the computers was a major plus due to vouchers I needed printed for our excursions. This will be my go to place whenever I cruise again from Miami. Thank you ?
Negatives:
Everything was good. No complaints

Positives:
The room was clean and well organized
Negatives:
The room needs more light. The GPS doesn’t indicate effectively the entrance, it sends people to the proposed behind.

Good in general, but the rooms needs more lights
