It wasn’t clean, common areas floors were sticky, our room wasn’t clean when received (bathroom floor dirty, sofa bed sheet had stains )and had to wait 5 days to get the room cleaned again. The pool wasn’t clean either, the floor was slimy and had mold. Breakfast options and quality were need to be improved,It seems it is short staffed.

the location was fine however we stayed there before and was comforted that the hotel had a shuttle service which helped in so many ways. This was the reason for our returned. The removal of the shuttle was not told to the customer until their arrival,
