The curtains wouldn't close, the floor was flooded, flooding my suitcase and my belongings, the air conditioning didn't work, we had to change rooms at night and to a smaller room, they were supposed to refund the amount of one day's stay and so far nothing.

Nice front desk people and valet people. Breakfast was good. Pretty good choices. Quiet room. Good fitness center.
Even though it felt like powder/fake scramble eggs everyday. But different options of meats, cheese, oats, etc.
Toaster for bread did not work well an slices got stuck in it. Wasn't acknowledge because it happened the following days.

Salt shakers weren't filled on a daily bases. Little details like those.
Room felt humid. Bathroom door was hard to slide.

Nice rooms for the most part, friendly staff, decent pool area. Immediate room issues were noted, but not addressed due to lack of staff apparently. Tia was really trying to be as accommodating as she could, but she is only one person
Negatives:
No bartender for happy hour, breakfast for 20.00 was basic at best. Lack of maintenance to address room issues was unacceptable. Gotta admit, not really a memorable experience for a Hilton. Next trip to Miami I will likely book elsewhere
