I was woken up by housekeeping at 9:30 am after partying til 4 am. I did not like that at all. Also, housekeeping opened my door 2 more times after that!!!! Please don’t try to service rooms when the guests are still in house!

Valet parking is required at $25/day. Hotel manager was rude to my partner when he forgot our room number and refused to let him into our room. The hotel told us IN WRITING before we booked that we could have a 3 pm late check-out due to my surgery, but then they reneged on that offer and kicked my partner out of the room early. They gave us coffee and toiletries for 1 person only even though we booked as 2 people.

Quiet, convenient location.
Negatives:
The housekeeping lady entered the room without knocking. There were red spots in the carpet, as if there blood on it. They gave our room to my dad accidentally. And we got charged twice for food at the lobby. They gave us a bad actituded when we tried to dispute the doble charge.
