There was no refrigerator in the room or a microwave that was an extra charge breakfast was not included the service was horrible

The view from the balcony was nice. I enjoyed the restaurant in the lobby very good food.
Negatives:
Yes the first room that we were assigned to the shade didn't work couldn't let up. The screen on the balcony had a hole in it where the nets were flying in so annoying. No lotion in dispenser. requested another room the balcony had no screen. Smaller .

The hotel is in need of some tlc Some updates. The person who checked us in the first time was rude enough that I felt the need to mention it.
