The staff was incredible. Our A/C was not working and they sent people to fix it. When it wouldn't work they moved us to a room. They were friendly and helpful the entire stay and went above and beyond to make our stay better.

Bed is too soft, pool is too small, laundry and parking is run by a 3rd party. The drier machine always with issues and the washer double charged me and the hotel don't take responsibility.
