Positives:
Convenient location near the airport. We returned our car at the airport, then called for the hotel shuttle. It took a long time to arrive but in fairness, the traffic was bad. The room was large and very comfortable. There is no restaurant, however we bought a salad bowl from a nearby Chipotle and dined in our room which was well equipped with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast was adequate.
Negatives:
I dont know where the hot water comes from but it took over 4 minutes to arrive at our bathroom. It seems such a terrible waste of water. The bathroom taps also need to be replaced. They were difficult to operate. The AC was quite noisy, but surprisingly, didnt affect our sleep.

Great hotel for an early flight from MIA.
Positives:
Friendly greeting at reception. The suite allocated on the second floor overlooked Blue Lagoon and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. No restaurant in the hotel but excellent food at Chipotle just down the road.
Negatives:
Water pressure was low and it took a long time for the hot water to arrive, but it did eventually.

Location, Location, Location! Beautiful property, well maintained and well stocked with a variety of snack, food and beverage choices. Near shopping, airport and restaurants.
Negatives:
Knowing how to communicate in Spanish is almost a MUST in that area of Miami. The people were very kind and accommodating even with the language barrier. The front desk clerk and shuttle employee were totally bilingual.

Positives:
I noticed the carpets had been replaced since my last stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great. I like that you have a large enough space for the breakfast. The staff are really friendly and caring.
Negatives:
The price is ok. It's an airport hotel, so the price could be a little less considering you have to take a shuttle to the airport and take metro to get downtown, but it's still a great hotel.

Relaxing bed, convenient, and friendly.
Positives:
Room was clean and well prepared. Breakfast was excellent-great variety choose from. Staff at the dining area was very helpful and general area always kept clean and soft music was an excellent touch.

Cant complain. This Hilton brand totally exceeded our expectations. Amenities in the room was excellent .
