No bellboy, therefore, the guest must carry the luggage to the room by him/her self. The room is dark. The room's phone doesn't work—there's a marijuana smell in the room and hallway. The hotel switched my room twice, and the same issues occurred in both rooms. A maintenance worker walked into my room without knocking on the door while my wife was in the shower.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was unclean and shockingly, there was a used towel left behind when I checked in. There’s absolutely no reliable service or way to reach the front desk—I eventually found a number to call, but no one ever answered. When I finally spoke to someone at reception later, their arrogant and dismissive attitude made it clear they simply don’t care about guests. Overall, a terrible experience—I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

We really enjoyed our stay – the hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is convenient, close to many attractions, and just a short walk from the metro station, which made it very easy to reach more distant areas.

We have no complaints, everything was excellent.

Comfortable bed. Location near the Brickell metro station. Restaurants within walking distance.

Beware that there is no view since there is construction across the street. Disorganized—I arrived two hours before check in. The entire lobby was full. I was told by reception that check-in would be delayed by an hour because the hotel was overbooked. The next day, I was berated by the restaurant staff because I was supposed to get a free breakfast ticket from reception. Reception did not believe I booked a room with breakfast; I had to prove. I observed that the same situation applied to other guests. The restaurant food is overcooked and small in portion. The staff spends more time watching their cellphones than minding the hotel guests.
