Location is good, and the breakfast is better than US standards. Room is big enough and the sofa corner is very comfortable.

No kettle, so no hot water. There is a simple coffee machine but not what i need as a tea lover. No microwave, so must order food!

Located 5 minutes away from the miami airport, this is a great hotel for airport nights. The rental car center is very close so it makes very easy to drive there and back.
The hotel has a decent breakfast (although there is no variation of fruit daily), consisting of eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, bread, 3 cereal types, oranges, 2 juice types, & coffee. The breakfast staff was nice and helpful.
The lobby was clean and the parking lot helpful. There is a nice pool and gym. The staff was nice.
The mini fridge in the room and coffee maker are helpful. Nice TV, and good size desk for work. The AC worked great and the room has dark shades that allow to sleep in late. The beds are comfortable and the room was overall clean although we had a problem with the sofa bed.
Negatives:
1- The first room we got has a lingering smell of vomit and a big stain on the floor. We were lucky the hotel was not full and we could get another room thanks to a very kind staff member. (405) It probably needed a deeper cleaning that was not done properly.
2- In the second room (401), we were unable to use the sofa bed: it had food inside it when we opened it, the bedsheets didnt look clean, the mattress was pretty dirty with a big hole underneath full of black marks. So we accommodated 5 people on the 2 queen beds. I believe it lacked deep cleaning and control protocols for room cleanliness.
3- The hotel has no shuttle and an expensive parking fee of 25$/night.
