The property was nice, but the staff wasn’t so nice! We had housekeeping services and I had my gold earrings on the nightstand and when we came back from being out enjoying our day, I realize they were missing later that evening it’s under investigation!

A good vacation turned out...
Positives:
The property is stunning. The staff truly amazing and super accommodating. We were able to do an early check in. They offer a wine happy hour every day. I didn’t get to partake in the festivities due to my packed schedule but overall I felt like I was staying at the four seasons. The views were immaculate it was a very lively experience. I really liked hearing the dj that was at the pool from our hotel room.
Negatives:
One little suggestion there wasn’t a bell hop to assist us with our bags upon arrival or leaving.

I liked the hotel and...
Positives:
Location is great - well depends why you are in town for. Almost all the rooms have a very nice view and they are quite big.
Negatives:
The room was not properly cleaned, the floor! I found a broken piece of glass on my carpet that was there from before. Also in the closet there was chips on the floor, from previous guests... Also during my stay nobody bothered to clean anything, appart redoing my bed. So Is more then obvious that nobody really touches, vacuums, or cleanse the floor!
