Negatives: The hotel is a bit old, and needs some renovation. Wooden laminate flooring in the room can be replaced with carpet.

Negatives: No wheelchair even tho there’s a sign by front desk posted stating wheelchair assistance is available upon request. When I asked the front desk agent said there were no wheelchairs. My wife just had surgery and it made difficult for her to get around.
