Getting a tv to work and getting decent channels to watch can be difficult in a hotel. This tv was great and the connected services were the best I've ever seen. This is the first time I have been able to connect to my personal Netflix account directly

Didn't seem like enough handicap parking and I had to walk around a corner a good distance to get to front. No bar soap was a little inconvenient.

Very friendly staff. We needed to print our cruise passes,the front desk clerk went out of his way to help my daughter's accomplish this task. Breakfast was very nice as well.

I booked a room with 2 king size beds. What was given to us was a room with 1 king size bed and 1 very uncomfortable pull out single size sofa bed. We didn't arrive until very late, I did call toconfirm our room, at that time,I should have been updated.

I liked the wooden floors. They seemed cleaner.The room was quiet and the breakfast was good.

I think the day desk person could use more help.There is a lot of in and out traffic along with phone calls.

You can tell they are working to update the hotel, so I appreciated the new amenities. We arrived very very early for check in after a cruise, and they got us to our room as soon as it was ready!!

I was there for 2 nights, however; I was in the 6 floor and only one elevator was working and it took forever waiting for it. most of the time they had the cleaning crew holding the elevator with all their cleaning equipment. The hallways smell the dog

I were told they messed up our reservation and gave our room away . Do we had to take a regular room until they rectified the situation after 12 noon when check out came and the site would then be available. Pool&hot tub were broken closed.. lizards in rm
