The hotel staff were friendly and very supportive. They accommodated my mother's mobility issues by assigning us a ground-floor room, which was very helpful. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and was fantastic, although it can get busy around 9 to 10 a.m. Arriving early made it easier to enjoy without crowds. The location is excellent, with several restaurants just across the street. We used Uber to get around, and because the hotel was close to different locations we wanted to visit, the rides were inexpensive (such as to Dolphin Mall).

There’s no AC in the hallway. There’s no AC in the bathrooms and it was suffocating. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathrooms either so there was no way to get the humid air out or the smell. The WiFi was not working. The room service was terrible. We paid for the food waited one hour and then they told us that they didn’t know where the food was.
