Positives: Place was extremely filty. Carpets, excluding the lobby must have never been cleaned or shampooed.
Negatives: The fact rhat I paid for a room that i could not enjoy while visiting family in hospice who since unfortunately passed away. The worst is your insensitivity in ignoring my original comments and in sending me potential new deals and the same crappie survey. IT WOULD MAKE SENSE TO INSPECT PROPERTY THAT IS DRAGGING YOUR REPUTATIONS TO THE TOILET AS WELL AS OFFERING SOME REMEDIATION FOR M Y AWFUL EXPERIENCE If you do not care about customer's feedbacks, stop. Please stop pretending or going thru motion. It is is very insulting. This is annoyance and rubbing od salt on an openef wound. STOP!!!! STOP PLEASE
