Beautiful hotel, Amazing design,it looks like a beautiful garden. The suites are very big and comfortable.
Negatives:
You would expect that in such a luxurious 5 star hotel- there would be a concierge to guide you. There isn’t, at the reception nobody knew to advise you what to see in the area, hardly found a map to give me- they need to improve that! there are tourists like me in Miami who needs guidance! very strange!

- We payed extra to check in early and got placed in a room without a working AC. We unpacked all our belongings to find out the issue which I had to report 3 times, each time was told someone is going to come take a look at it after a few hours of us being gone out of the building and coming back to the same issue was not pleasant, especially when we were also promised fresh water which we didn't get. While we waited in the room eventually a phone rang and we were told that the AC does not work in that room and we were getting an upgrade(which was nice at first), as we already had all our luggage unpacked we then had to haul all our belongings to another room (as we've been travelling from across Atlantic we packed a lot)
- The new room to which we were assigned to also had problems, water was leaking through the walls from the bathroom, having floors covered in water because there's no proper drainage is just crazy. later on check out we were told that it was a known issue, so we were being moved from a problem room to a "different" problem room under the so called "upgrade"
- Cleanliness (there were animal faeces outside the window, room still had food crumbs after cleaning and the moment we walked into the room there were someone's fake eyelashes on the floor (not cleaned after previous guests?)
- Some of the staff were not helpful at all bouncing us up and down the elevator reporting an already known problem, instead of being honest wasting our time
- False fire alarm went off at least 2 times while we were there (Both times we were woken up late evening and early morning) no apology or explanation was provided after we evacuated the building half naked
