our flight was delayed and i called hotel from airport that we will be reaching late in the night and asked them to hold my room. when we arrived they said they dont have any rooms. after arguing with front desk they gave me two seperate rooms for my family in different buildings. Highly inconvenient.

The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.
The mattresses were kind of comfy. After a long flight from Paris to Miami, it was a good thing to get some rest before continuing our journey to Orlando.

The guy who checked us in was not smiling nor welcoming.
The room we got wasn't probably used for a long time. It needs a real upgrade (bathroom door is broken, rusty desk lamp, unfinished paint traces on wall, bed sheets seem very old ...)
I was a disappointed by the overall experience. I once stayed in a Redroof in Central Florida and it was a very good experience, that's why we choose this one thinking we would find the same level of service.
