Positives: Wasn't able to have breakfast. The location was close to the airport which was great.

Negatives: An early morning shuttle (before 6) would have been nice. Front desk assistant was probably overworked as she was passively rude and impatient.

Positives: It was not a bad idea for this price... It is close to the airport. Rooms are quite big and clean. It is quiet at the night. Beds are comfortable. Wi-fi is ok. Everything that you need for one-two nights The good news is that girls at the reception speak English (not only Spanish).

Negatives: If you need a transport shuttle bus do not just wait at the shuttle zone at the airport. I have waited almost for one hour - nobody came... It is a good idea to call at the reception, than they will send a shuttle bus. Do not expect a good breakfast - is is just a simple, sweet combination of cheap and bad quality food.

Positives: Good location with shuttle service to and from the airport. The website says the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but this is not correct. You have to call the hotel and then the shuttle will be sent. Room was big, clean, and had a fridge and microwave.

Negatives: I got to the hotel about 9.45 pm after traveling all day from Switzerland, waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle, to find a hotel staff unwelcoming, cold and certainly not friendly. The staff should always be welcoming, especially when you are an airport hotel with people arriving late after traveling all day.

Positives: It was very clean and the bedding were very comfortable.

Negatives: I was told that the shuttle goes to and fro every half hour. I waited at the airport for 1.5 hrs and none came. When I got there, it is only then they told me that I had to call the Inn. I didn't have a local sim card or access to phone. The elevator in the building past the pool was not functioning and bhad bhabie didn't notify me at the front desk. I had heavy luggage to transport. They also provided coffee but no complimentary water.

Positives: Is is very close to the airport!!

Negatives: Awful front desk customer service!!!! The AC was not working. Receptionists made me wait until the maintenance people visited the room and checked the AC, instead of offering another room. Thanks to the maintenance manager, we were able to get another room quicker!! Kudos for him!! I also asked for a room close to the lobby, and it was the opposite. Receptionist claimed that it was due to the room I picked through Booking.

Positives: Very close to the airport , good for a one night stay. The room had very cool air conditioning which is a plus as the summer months in Florida are very humid.

Negatives: The staff is great however the girl checking me in was listening to music with both earphones in and couldn’t ever hear me.
