Negatives:
We waited for the hotel shuttle for an hour and a half at the airport, waited at the hotel's designated location, and called the red roof hotel several times, but the shuttle never came. This was the worst experience we have ever had.

There was trash everywhere, beer cans all over the place, the staff at check in were rude, the hotel is a dump, I was disgusted. I have never been more disappointed with a hotel.

Pool. Breakfast but no different selection the whole five days. No eggs or meat. Just bananas muffins cereal and waffles each day. Male staff smiled and interacted with a hello.

Female staff not friendly. No English or poorly. Elevator broke. And warned not to ride the 2nd one at own risk. Paid to park and at our own risk. No security. Carts were on both sides of hall during breakfast and had to squeeze between. Juice Watered dow

Shuttles to the Airport and Port. Perfect for my cruise.

When advertising Hot Breakfast I expected at least eggs and bacon or sausage added but it was more continental.

Surprisingly, inside the room was quiet. Good location to the airport.
Negatives:
Sketchy clientele. Dirty hallways. Elevator that seemed like it was about to break. Room was hot. Mold on bathroom door. But most importantly, woke up with a nice allergic reaction to the overly bleached sheets. Eyes were almost swollen shut.

I knew it was a 2 1/2 star. It really is a half to 1 star. When I got home, I found that this hotel tried to double book my Visa cards. Which is created a huge problem for me.

Very near the airport and it has a shuttle with a departure each 30 min. Staffs are really polite.
Negatives:
The smells is horrible, I canceled the other reservation because it was really difficult to sleep due to the smell.
