Exceptional
Positives:
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Shayla who gave excellent service during breakfast. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. I loved all the options for breakfast.
The location was amazing for a stopover to get another flight the next day.
The shuttle service was efficient and both the drivers were very pleasant.
Negatives:
The carpet in the bedroom wasn't very clean, which I noticed whilst searching for my little boy's toys on the floor (everything else in the room was clean).
The aircon was noisy (it looked like quite an old machine).
It would have been nice to have more of the small milks to go with the coffees in the room.

Reception service a bit poor as staff dis not provide a very kind service. Similar iwith the breakfast stafff except for the hostess who was smily and kind. The guy from customer service, when you dial 0 from the room was rude and not professional at all. If you don’t like your job, please, quit.
