Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, May 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between May 9 and May 10, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Friday, May 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 10, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 24% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.

All rooms booked for triple occupancy (i.e. 3 adults). Accommodations for more than this are not guaranteed.

A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If expecting to arrive after 24:00, please inform Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel and Executive Meeting Center in advance. Guests expecting to receive a package must contact property prior to arrival for information. There is a free transfer service to the hotel from the Miami International Airport. While breakfast is not included in every rate plan, if guests select a rate plan that includes breakfast, it is for up to 2 guests daily.
