Positives: The room was fine, the location was very close to the airport and the free shuttle service worked well.

Negatives: The restaurant was below average and over-priced. The staff serving the food were a bit casual and did not appear to be happy in their work. I asked a question about one of the dishes and they just said that they did not know the answer. I pressed them to go and ask the chef, which eventually they reluctantly did.

Negatives: Below average airport hotel. My perception of Sheraton has always been a little bit higher standard, but this one had a general low standard. Old interior with sloppy paint job and fixes. But worst was the room temperature controller, which didn't work, so the whole family was freezing cold during the night. I had to sleep, holding my two children to keep them warm. We were sleep deprived and had been traveling for 24h straight, so it was no feasible option to change to another hotel in the middle of the night. Upon checkout, we learned that the staff were apparently aware of the temperature issues. I don't understand how they can rent out rooms like that.
