The location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and has a 24hr shop which I liked. The free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius was fantastic! Shuttle driver Sergio was awesome! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the kitchenette which had a full sized refrigerator. We will surely be staying here again!

Alex the Shuttle driver was personable and professional. We also loved the shuttle to & from restaurants within 2 miles. We appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities.

The kitchen had everything for a short stay. I really liked the large fridge and cooktop. The room was spacious and clean.
Negatives:
I had to keep asking for shuttle times. An accessible online schedule that I can look at without calling the front desk would be nice. I did not know how to get picked up at the airport I thought it was a scheduled pickup e.g. every hour. So a good Samaritan explained to call the hotel and they lent me their phone to make the call.
