We loved this place. Very clean and modern, with a really comfortable bed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Shuttle driver was very accommodating. I'm using "very" a lot, but they were so very nice! We'd definitely stay here again.

I guess it's primarily an extended stay hotel, so as such it doesn't have a big lobby or waiting area. Not a big deal, really.

If you are going to offer complimentary hotel shuttle service then dont mislead your customers by leaving them on hold and hanging up on them. Be honest and say you dont have a driver. Dont lie dont mislead your customers.

I did not sleep all night because of the noise. I was only there to sleep. So it was a fail.

I was giving the room directly across from the lobby. It was incredibly noisy all night long with the lobby door crashing close, loud conversations, banging noises. Etc. I was awakened continually all night long. Felt like the lobby was inside the room
