With this being the nearest hotel to Jackson Hospital, the purpose of my stay at your hotel, I found it very inhospitable that there would be no hospital shuttle on the weekends. Also the last shuttle from the hospital is at 3:45. Its too early because visiting time goes up until 9. Also I found your front desk staff to be very abrupt and not not courteous especially potentially dealing with guests that are dealing with family crises. Upon check in they enquired if my staff was for medical reasons and yet there was no compassion shown.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff service was very helpful and friendly also, the driver for the shuttle which takes you to and from the hospital was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable.

Breakfast was included, there was food available downstairs if you didn't want to leave for dinner and a variety of drinks available for purchase after your two free drinks. The staff were great and friendly. Room was large in size with a walkin closet. Would stay again.

The bartender didn't seem too happy with his job, but the front desk person came to help him and possibly speak to him about his attitude.
