The location was ideal. Breakfast was included in our package which worked for us. Happy Hour/Social was also a highlight to our stay. The room was accommodating and clean with all amenities for our family of 4. We would definitely return

The hotel met our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will return.

The only thing I liked was the pool, nothing else
Negatives:
1. Bad service from front desk, front desk are always on the phone and never at the desk and also when you asked them for anything it was for nothing.
2. Housekeeping didn’t care and used to leave trash in front of guest door and also when you retested anything to them they never did it.
3. Really bad customer service, even the people that worked at kitchen said it very bad and that it is always like that which is not good for a hotel.
4. Night auditor was never available in case of an emergency.
5. DONT GO TO THIS TRASH ASS HOTEL, it’s not worth the money they asking for!

I had wet spots on the carpet and the hotel wasn’t able to accommodate me with the same size room. I would have had to switch to a smaller room.
