The staff was absolutely amazing. It was evident that the manager and his team desired to make our stay pleasant. From the reception to the cleaning staff there was a great sense of diligence in their work, and politeness to those staying at the hotel

Didn't particularly like the location. No restaurants close by and it felt very industrial. But, again, the staff made up for the not so pleasant location.

The hotel suite was large, and the lady at Reception was lovely.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it had a complimentary airport shuttle. Only after I arrived at the hotel was I advised that the shuttle only began operating at 7 a.m. As a result, the 5 min ride to the airport cost me $30. Ripoff!!!

The bathroom sink drained at a snails pace. Front desk first day weren't very welcoming. However, the 2nd day had new faces and were kind and helpful.
