Poor water pressure in the shower and starting very early both days of our stay we had loud neighbors, that appeared to be permanent residents or housed construction staff. We stayed in a king suite which comes equipped with a small kitchen and apparently thin walls. So on top of lots of other various loud noises, such as ongoing alarm clocks, music, slamming doors, etc., we could hear our neighbors banging around pots and pans.

Positives:
We had a suite with two queen beds because we were two parents with two kids. The room, the kitchen and the bathroom where much bigger and very modern, clean and really much more than we expected. The environment around the hotel is very new, very good atmosphere and nice places to dine etc. We were at gator park and it is an easy and short drive from the hotel and there was a strawberry and tomato picking place near where we spent time with the kids. Beakfast was very good, too.
Negatives:
It was a bit keen-eared through the front door, so that we heard when someone went through the corridor or neighbors went home at night. There was a central air condition that was a bit too loud for my sensitive ears.
Plates and Cups/Glasses for breakfast where made of styrofoam - I don't like that! I would prefer porcellain plates and GLASSES and steel knifes, forks and spoons.

Good hotel!
Positives:
Location was nice with restaurants in walking distance and lots was close by. Plenty of parking and quiet at night. The kitchen area in the hotel room was well stocked.
Negatives:
Breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had at a hotel. The muffins and Danish were dry and hard. The eggs were flavorless, as were the sausage links. Gave up after the first day and walked to Panera the following mornings. The bathroom shower sprayed on the floor and caused the floor to warp. It was a design flaw, so just needed to use extra towels to keep it from running across the room. Air conditioner either ran too hot or too cold and it got hot at night, so we put the fan on, but the fan sounded like a dishwasher was running in the room. Found garbage under the couch, like empty ketchup packets and other wrappers.

Excellent location for us, very comfortable room with everything provided, nice swimming pool, helpful staff, easy access to restaurants.
Negatives:
There was a self service mini market but a bar would have been very welcome and the breakfast lacked variety and was all available only with single use plastic glasses, cups, plates, cutlery so you ended with more plastic than food. I would have expected an international chain with an otherwise really nice hotel to be moving forward more with its environmental policies.
