Positives: Price was fair. 2 separate bedrooms. WiFi and breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even the cleaning lady was nice and approachable.

Negatives: Mold smell. One bathroom for the 2 bedroom suite. Very old equipment and appliances. Swimming pool did not look so great.

Positives: I always stay in this hotel when I'm in Miami. I appreciate that it's an 'older' style hotel, but the size of the room is great, it's clean, I love the kitchen facilities and the staff is very helpful.

Negatives: I usually use the hotel gym for some cardio, and the gym here is very tiny, only 3 cardio machines and I think 1 pair of dumbells, so maybe the gym could be a bit bigger.
