The staff was rude. There was supposed to be a shuttle and they didn't have one. It's too far from any stores and subway. Not the best neighborhood either.

Decent room and shower. Staff was helpful. Location is convenient so you can quickly get to Brickell center (and MIA Mover) quickly. The nearby Underline (walking path) was an unexpected surprise (was able to walk to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens).
Negatives:
Breakfast was not up to par for a Tru facility. Bagels were terrible (Tru Hotels usually have quality bagels). Very busy hotel so just too many people around at all times.
