Positives: Nothing
Negatives: The room was super dirty and after I required a change of room (which they did and even apologised about it), the new room was exactly the same, so we had to leave. Even the staff took photos of how dirty the room was. The curtains were torn as if a cat would have scratched them and the rest of the room was full of dust and grease (my son even fell twice because the floor was greasy), the windows and mirrors were splashed… a really disgusting and not worthy of $300+/night hotel tbh.

Negatives: W Reception didn’t accept reservation made under Booking.Com. I had to book a new stay and was charged twice. Manager wasn’t helpful either and was agitated at Booking.com which isn’t the customers fault.
