We had 2 rooms booked for 9 months and they cancelled one 5 days before our arrival. We managed to book another room in the hotel at a lower size but 80% more than the original booking. I emailed the hotel with no response and spoke to reception on arrival who just basically ignored it and said nothing to do with them. I guess this was bacause the F1 Grand Prix was on.
