Beautiful hotel, great location was able to walk to a lot of activities including a Heat game. Wonderful restaurants in walking or short uber distance. Definitely planning on booking again.

Very expensive, I was drugged at the bar in the sky lounge. The security guy was not helpful. Took 5 guys to take me to my room in a wheelchair. I was unresponsive. I tried to cancel my room for the next stay but it doesnt allow that. Paid for new fligh

This so about the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rudest staff and always absent valet. Sometimes the wait is over 45minutes. And they ask for tips! The front desk representatives were so rude youd think you are begging them to do their job.

host of surprise add-on fees (nearly $100), nowhere to sit in the room, shower leaked, trendy lights that malfunctioned, staff continued to knock on our door despite paying $60 for late checkout. I'd never stay here again.

The motion sensor light for the bathroom, thin walls to hear a lot, and the thin bathroom you can hear the other person using. and No top sheet on the bed.

Location, location, location. The location in downtown Miami one block from Bayfront Park could not be better.

Convenient location. Clean. Everything functioned. Good gym. Helpful staff.
Negatives:
Dining area too small. Restaurant food could be better. Many erroneous charges were added to my bill which I had to ask the staff to remove.
Positives:
they charged me extra on top there service charge 35$ facility fee that i have never seen that before, plus tax. beds are too small the whole rooms are build super cheapy.
Negatives:
the parking close by them did charge me 62$ and that was insane there is other parking that charges 15$ but no body recommended me to do so.
