Positives: The location is good.

Negatives: Two small elevators for the whole hotel. It took 20 minutes sometimes to go down and up. The reception asked for extra $30 to early check it after assuring that my room is ready. So abusive!!!

Positives: I had a problem with the room. It smelled of chlorine and the bathroom had bad smell. There were no windows that could be opened I complained with the reception staff and housekeeping staff came to verify my complaint. The gentleman agreed. The lady at reception could not offer me an equivalent room or upgrade. I requested for a reimbursement and they verified with the hotel manager who agreed. I was promised that the hotel would reimburse booking.com. I was promised to be copied in emails Nothing to date. I would appreciate some compensation Many thanks I look forward to your response Jo Russo

Positives: The location was perfect!

Negatives: It smelled of wet dog and high concentrated cleaning products combined. Everything was outdated and over used. Very mid and nothing special. Felt kinda gross. The mattress was terrible!!! The elevators was the worst part.

Positives: The location was perfect! Able to walk every where we wanted to go. Plenty of shops and restaurants across the street at Bayfront. We upgraded to a bay view and oh my gosh what a view!!!! Best part of the stay!!

Negatives: The room was small and the bathroom tiny. But at least it was all clean!! The elevators are slow just need to have patience.
