We had to go visit my son in the correctional institution the location was good it was literally right down the street from that

We got there there had not been water in the facility for three days due to a plumbing issue or something we got there waited around for a few hours it was almost dinner time and we had to go back still couldn't get in so we had to cancel and find a different place to stay it would have been nice if they would have notified us to let us know that there was no water but they couldn't do that because for some reason there was a miscommunication between booking and the hotel that they had said we had canceled our stay before we even got there the first time the girl at the front desk fix that situation but we ended up not being able to stay there anyway and then it took almost a month for us to get our money returned back to us both booking and the motel claimed it wasn't their fault it was the other person's but booking did not give me my 30 dollars return credits that I had in my wallet because they said it had expired but had they gave me my money immediately back within 24 hours like they promised I wouldn't have lost that $30

Breakfast was good. It included hot meal choices (eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, grits, etc.), fresh fruit, and good coffee. Would like to have had orange juice, especially since we were in Florida. Comfortable seating.
Bed was comfortable. Nice linens and pillows. Convenient late checkin and parking. Quiet location.
Negatives:
Grounds were not as well groomed as we had expected from booking photos. Room had a musty, unpleasant odor.
