Negatives: Property needs maintenance everywhere. Pealing paint, broken knobs and buttons... Very low class. Pool had code lock and somebody punched through the screen to break in.

Positives: the location was very convenient

Negatives: I reported to the front desk of another guest making racial comments. And being very rude. The front desk was aware of who I was talking about and only said she is leaving today and I will tell my manager. we had teenagers with us which made it uncomfortable to let them walk around. No one followed up and didn’t even ask my name or room number. We paid a decent amount to stay there and we shouldn’t have to be uncomfortable
