I am an Embassy suites fan. It is always our first choice. However this particular place was so disappointing. The pool had black mold which I am highly allergic too. The bath tub also. It also filled up while in the shower and handle was broken. Rust on it too. After my experience at the Embassy suites Charleston I was highly disappointed. The main lobby doors were broke. The entire 6 days we were there. and no complimentary water anywhere to be found. The room was old and in need of remodel. Also the little fridge froze my food . This is my first bad report especially to a Embassy suites which prior to this stay was Always our favorite. I am an Embassy suites fan. It is always our first choice. It is the cleanest property I have ever stayed at . The staff is friendly and helpful . So close to the beach .
Negatives:
Needed a few more restaurants in walking distance BUT I would stay there again and just rent a car.
