Hilton Garden Inn Destin Miramar Beach Fl

Negatives: We drank one of their bottles of water on the first day. Since we're going to be there for 5 days we went to the dollar tree and got a few water. The hotel ended up charging us for two bottles which is $6. I reached out to them to let them know we only used 1 bottle and the way they handled the situation was very distasteful. They refused to refund the $3. I am a person of integrity if I didn't do something it needs to be resolved. The location can be nice but off of that experience alone. I wouldn't go there again. For those who are booking there be mindful because the cleaner could have taken the water or miscounted and you get blamed.

Negatives: I spent 3 days and 2 nights here, and I chose Hilton-branded hotels because I thought they should have uniform standards of execution. But what I was very unhappy with was the bumpyness of the mattress, which was very uncomfortable for me, and the pillows were very cheap. I hope the hotel will improve.
