We stayed at the Residence Inn for my daughter's 12th birthday party. She had some friends and a stocked fridge. I stopped by the hotel a day before we were supposed to check in and let the hotel know we needed two rooms next to each other so the adults could monitor the kids. Mayilin at the front desk went above and beyond! When she found out that we were celebrating my daughter's bday, she made a "goodie bag" and a little birthday sign for us to find when we got into the room! It was so sweet and unexpected. She also let me check in a little early so I could decorate the room with balloons, etc. The girls had a blast! They played in the pool and then ran to the hot tub and back. They played games in the room all night and just had a great time. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who asks.
