Positives: The staff was pleasant, and the location was ideal.

Negatives: Upon entering the hotel room, there was am unusual smell. The trees outside needed trimming as the branches brushed against the window and created rattling noises. Additionally, there were loud noises from another hotel guest with small children at 3:00 AM. The bathroom vent also made a significant amount of noise when in use. Overall, the hotel felt noisier than usual. Also, the hotel elevator could use some cleaning and maintenance.
