Positives:
The Staff were superb. I lost my phone and the night clerk tried everything to help me. The problem was later resolved but full marks to the staff. Desk clerks daytime and nighttime were so friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and all in all, a great place to stay.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like. It’s not a very high end hotel of course but there was nothing bad to say at all.

The carpet was so filthy we had to put towels down so our feet wouldn’t get dirty. The rolling door got stuck twice and we had to call down to have someone come up to open it. Last night at 11:00 my daughter had to call down to have someone come up to help open the bathroom door because I was stuck inside . Another time the door was stuck closed and we couldn’t get into the bathroom. Very disappointed!! I do believe that we should have a big discount on the bill.
